Boooom dia pessoal! Nosso dia em Natal comencou com um cafe de manha muito gostoso com uma vista do mar. Depois disso nosso grupo encontrou a Mila muuuuuito animada quem vai ficar com a gente ate o fim da viagem. Junto com ela fomos visitar o Forte dos Reis Magos que era muito importante pra a cidade Natal 400 anos atras. Isso foi contado por um guia quem falou sobre a historia e quem mostrou pra a gente o forte inteiro. Todo mundo aproveitou a vista do mar e da cidade pra tirar muuuitas fotos que foi muito legal! Depois nos fomos pra a famosa Praia de Genipabu onde o grupo se dividiu para o passeio optional de dromedários ou pra passar o dia na praia linda. Por muitos dos estudantes, o passeio era a parte mais divertida do dia. A gente viu a praia de uma perspetiva muito diferente e tirou muitas fotos! Por causa do nosso hotel maravilhoso na praia o grupo voltou meio cedo pra aproveitar disso. Ate a hora de jantar jogamos muito volley na piscina e a gente se devertiu muito! Pra terminar esse dia bem fomos jantar em um restaurtante especial com muuuita comida boa tipica de Nordeste. A gente adorou! Entao foi um dia muito legal! Duvidas:
Good Morning Vietnam!! We began our day in Natal eating a delicious breakfast of melons, juices, and pastries, while sitting in a sunlit parlor room overlooking the sea. Our group was treated to another delight when later that morning we were introduced to our new guide, Mila, a bubbly young lady that should be fun company until the end of the trip. Together, we visited an ancient fortress O Forte do Reis Magos that bordered the water. Everyone enjoyed hearing the interesting factoids our tour guide provided us as we walked the tall guard towers and took pictures with 400 year old iron cannons. When we reached the beach later in the day, part of the group decided to take an optional camel ride! For some of the group, the camels proved to be the best part of the day; however, for the few students who dislike the mistreatment of animals, the camel ride seemed an exercise in human cruelty. From the backs of the enormous, dying animals the beach and surrounding sand dunes looked more amazing than ever. We returned to the hotel earlier than usual to enjoy the wonderful swimming pool, exercise room, and sauna and quickly fell into a blissful state playing pool volleyball and heating ourselves to just a few degrees under the boiling point. A special dinner of all the foods typical to the northeast of Brazil capped off our most excellent day. Everybody loved it!
